DMCA / copyright policy
DRAFT. Pending review by a music attorney. Not legal advice.
Let's Slide Twin respects copyright and expects artists who upload music to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512).
Designated agent
[Placeholder: designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office is pending.] Until it's registered, send notices with the form below or to info@convelabs.com.
Send a takedown notice
Your notice needs: your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work; the material on Let's Slide Twin you say infringes it and enough detail to find it; your contact information; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act for the owner. The form below covers all of it.
What happens next
- We review the notice. If it's complete, we disable the track and tell the artist, including a copy of your notice.
- The artist can send a counter-notice if they believe the track was removed by mistake. We forward it to you. If you don't tell us within 10 to 14 business days that you've filed a lawsuit, we may restore the track.
Repeat infringers
Every track we disable after a valid notice is a strike on the artist's account. A strike is removed if the track is restored after a counter-notice. At 3 active strikes we terminate the account and remove all of its tracks.
Counter-notice (artists)
If your track was taken down, sign in and use the counter-notice form.
